I just have to get my landlords ok. Once that happens i will be ordering from honey headspa. The warranty is really good too!
This head spa is higher than my previous non-plumbed unit, which makes a huge difference. The old one was quite low and caused lower back pain, but with this one I have no issues at all. The higher height also makes it much easier to perform massages, which I absolutely love. I also really appreciate that the mattress is longer. I have many male clients, so this makes it a perfect fit. The halo feature is very nice as well and adds a great touch to the overall experience. I also want to highlight their customer service; Every question I had was answered thoroughly, without any rush or ever making me feel like I was asking too much. Unlike most companies where you feel like just another number, they truly took the time for me and that made me feel even more confident in my purchase. Honey Headspa is proof that great products and exceptional service really do exist. Ray was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free for me. We love our honey headspa! working on making a few adjustment to increase comfort level for therapist and clients but overall everyone has raved about the service! Not one complaint from a client. The company has been amazing to work with. Very thorough and patient with us, and we greatly appreciate it. 5 stars all the way around. We even had an issue with the steamer being cracked during transit and they quickly got us a replacement.

It took 2-3 months before I decided to purchase the bed and during that time Ray answered all of my annoying questions (lol) in detail....sometimes more than once🤦🏾♀️ That man has the patience of Job and the honesty is unmatched....even when it came down to some of their own items. But the company as a whole team is AMAZING! My order, shipping and delivery was seamless and impeccable. My order arrived in 5 days...two days earlier than anticipated and the setup was easy. Ray even kept me up to date even during the packaging phase. I could literally go on and on about this company but the only way you're gonna know is to take that leap!
